• Contact Information: Full name, email address, WhatsApp number, and primary time zone.
• Assessment & Goal Data: Answers submitted on our Level Assessment portal, self-reported proficiency level, and specific career or speaking targets.
• Transaction Details: Package enrolment choices, invoice records, and transaction status. Note: Raw payment credentials (credit card numbers, CSV codes) are processed directly by 256-bit encrypted gateways (Payfast/PayPal) and are never stored on Lumina servers.

How Your Information Is Used

Your information is strictly used for legitimate educational and administrative purposes:

• Scheduling 1:1 sessions via Calendly and conducting live video calls via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Customizing lesson plans, vocabulary lists, and feedback notes specifically for your needs.
• Providing 1:1 WhatsApp mentorship, voice note feedback, and session reminders.
• Issuing enrolment confirmations and receipts.

🔒 Zero Third-Party Selling: We never sell, rent, trade, or share student personal data or contact details with third-party advertisers or marketing databases.

Coaching Confidentiality & Lesson Recordings

All discussions, presentations, business documents, and professional writing shared during 1:1 coaching sessions with Danielle are treated as strictly confidential.

If audio or video recordings of a session are made for student review purposes, they are stored securely and accessible solely by the individual student. No lesson recording is ever shared publicly or used in promotional materials without express written consent from the student.

We partner with industry-standard, secure third-party service providers to facilitate smooth learning experiences:

• Video Conferencing: Google Meet / Zoom (for live 1:1 lessons).
• Scheduling: Calendly (for picking lesson times).
